GENERAL CONDITIONS
All reservations, changes and cancellations can only be made in writing via office@hotelkongress.at. In addition, the General Terms and Conditions for the hotel industry apply to all items not covered by this Agreement. The actual accommodation service can be provided under special circumstances in another hotel. Place of jurisdiction is Leoben/Austria.
ARRIVAL
Your room will be available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. If the room is available earlier, please contact the reception.DEPARTURE
On the day of departure, please leave the hotel room free until 11 a.m.BOOKING GUARANTEE
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival (no payment). If the credit card expires or is not valid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.PET ANIMALS
Are generally allowed, but may not enter the dining area. Please let us know, when you make your reservation, if you are bringing a pet (at a surcharge of € 12,- per night, without food).PRICES AND INCLUDED SERVICES
The room rates are net, per room, per night, including our rich breakfast buffet as well as all taxes and duties, excl. EUR 2,50 city tax per person and night. The included services of packages are specified in detail in the respective package descriptions.CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellations made up to 7 days before date of arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 75 percent of the price of all nights. Non-arrivals will be charged with the total amount!Please note that by confirming the booking you will accept these cancellation fees!
