Our extensive breakfast buffet offers more than 100 delicious food options, accompanied by various kinds of coffee and tea. Additionally, you can order different egg dishes that will be freshly prepared for you in our kitchen.

Hotel Kongress is eager to support local businesses and farmers. Thus, in collaboration with our expert Fredi Graf, our breakfast buffet offers numerous local foods and products that have been purchased at the local farmer’s market. You can find these specialties in a separate area at our breakfast buffet.

Breakfast with superfoods and homemade bread: Our nutritious breakfast will provide you with the necessary energy to tackle your business day or your next bike tour. You can find a selection of “Superfoods”, such as Goji berries at our muesli-station. They are said to have a beneficial effect on your health.

Homemade bread at Hotel Kongress:

One particular highlight of our breakfast buffet is our homemade bread. Maja, head of the breakfast staff, has been baking our bread since 2023, much to the delight of our guests. Thereby she follows the recipes of the renowned bread-sommelier Eva-Maria Lipp.
