The reception team is there for you every day from 06 AM - 10 PM to make sure you feel completely at ease. Under the charming management of Theresa Posch, our colleagues will take care of all your questions and concerns. You can reach the team at +43 (0) 3842 46800 or at office@hotelkongress.at.

Check-in is possible from 02 PM. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11 AM. Alternative times for check-in and check-out can be arranged in advance with reception. Early check-in and late check-out can be selected directly when booking direct.

If your arrival is delayed or your arrival is not planned until after 22:00, please contact reception by telephone. We will be happy to leave your room key in the safe at the hotel entrance. You will receive the opening code from the reception team.
