Free access to Sam´s Gym in Leoben

Free fitness training in five minutes - the successful co-operation with the leading fitness studio in Leoben makes it possible!
Sam's Gym offers everything you need for a successful workout.

In addition to the well-equipped cardio and strength area, the studio offers a separate Crossfit box as well as battle ropes, lorry tyres and weight sledges. Fitness equipment from Hammer Strength guarantees a first-class fitness experience at the highest level. After training, the lounge area with pool table invites you to relax.

The gym is located directly on the River Mur and can be reached quickly and easily on foot from the Hotel Kongress (see picture below). Sam's Gym is open daily from 06 AM - 12 PM.
Simply pick up a free access chip at reception and get started! Also ideal as a plan B in case of bad weather!

Calisthenics Bodyweight Training

The idea to workout with your own bodyweight has been getting more and more popular in the past couple of years. Leoben followed this trend by opening up a Calisthenics-area in the city.

This area can be found on “Mareckkai”, right by the river “Mur”. Only 1500m from the hotel you can find all kinds of training equipment in this open-air gym area. The equipment includes a sit up-bench, a dip bench, parallel bars, and many more training tools. For additional safety while working out, the floor is covered with EPDM (Ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer rubber).

In this special open-air gym you can enjoy the beautiful view of the river Mur while completing your personal workout.
