General Terms and Conditions

All reservations, changes and cancellations can only be made in writing via office@hotelkongress.at. For all points not regulated in this agreement, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions shall apply in addition. The actual accommodation service may be provided in another hotel under special circumstances. The place of jurisdiction is Leoben/Austria.

ARRIVAL

Your room will be available from 14.00 on the day of arrival. If the room is available earlier, the reception will inform you.

DEPARTURE

On the day of departure, please vacate the hotel room by 11.00 am.

BOOKING GUARANTEE

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card prior to arrival (no payment). If the credit card has expired or is not valid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.

DOGS/PETS

Are generally permitted, but are not allowed in the dining area. When making your reservation, please let us know if you are bringing a pet (for an extra charge of € 12 per night, without food).

PRICES AND INCLUSIVE SERVICES

The room rates are per room, per night, incl. VAT, including our rich breakfast buffet, plus EUR 2.50 overnight stay tax per person and night and are not commissionable for intermediaries. The inclusive services of packages are listed in detail in the respective package descriptions.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 75 percent of the price of all overnight stays. No-shows will be charged with the total amount!

For reservations of more than 5 rooms and during congresses/events, special cancellation conditions apply as agreed.

Please note that by confirming your booking you accept these cancellation fees!

SETTLEMENT/PAYMENT

The following credit cards are accepted at Hotel Kongress: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Diners Club. EC (debit) cards are also welcome.
