Hotel Kongress has been owned by Max Klarmann since 2005. The operator of the "Weinlaube - Schwarzer Hund" was the managing director of the previous establishments and acquired Hotel Kongress from the Arcotel Group.

Managing director Nina Neuhold-Kofler has been working at Hotel Kongress since 2012 and took over the management of the hotel in 2014. She sees employee satisfaction as the key to guest satisfaction. Numerous reviews with words of praise for the hotel team confirm that this idea is just right.

Leoben's oldest city center hotel, Hotel Kindler 2.0, has also been part of the group since 2022. With 113 rooms, Max Klarmann's business group is the largest provider in the centre of Leoben. Depending on the season, the two hotels employ 20 - 25 people in the two hotels.
