From the Hotel Kongress in Leoben, you can reach the Alpfox action arena via the Eisenstraße (B115) in around 30 minutes. The Alpfox action paradise is located between the Polster and the Eisenerzer Reichenstein at around 1100 metres. The adventure park with the high ropes course and the bike arena share the space with the picturesque Grübl lake.

The Präbichl is a popular ski resort in winter, while in summer the surrounding mountains are ideal for hiking, biking, climbing and mountaineering. In addition to the challenging tour to the Eisenerzer Reichenstein with its mountain hut, the Leobener Hütte on the opposite side of the valley is also a popular and easily accessible tour destination. The region is also well-known among paragliders, whose local mountain is the Polster.

The ultimate high ropes course
A superlative adventure park with lake panorama, 9 ziplines and routes for every skill level. With over 16 courses, it is one of the largest in Styria.
Zipline/Flying Fox
Feel free as a bird on the ALPFOX ziplines in the adventure park. Race over the Grüblsee lake or directly over the FIS piste. The Flying Fox is for everyone over 140 cm tall and is automatically included in the combination with the Adventure Park. Children and teenagers under 140 cm tall receive a discounted ticket for the climbing park.
Bike Arena
The Alpfox team loves mountain biking, but they love building really good bike trails even more. The Bike Arena has been open for you since summer 2022. There's the right line for everyone, from beginners to pros. If you don't want to pedal yourself, the shuttle express will take you to the start.
Brand new since 2024: equipment and bike hire as well as a shop with a washing area
Mountaincart
A mountain tricycle for young and old offers guaranteed downhill fun. Ride 300 metres in altitude from the mountain station and 3 km down into the arena, with a choice of two different routes. A race that is addictive!
E-trial motorbike
If you can ride a bike, you can also ride an e-trial! Trial riding trains balance, skill and strength by conquering the obstacles in the E-Trial Park standing up without losing your balance!The e-trials on the Präbichl are battery-powered - no noise or exhaust fumes!
Thanks to infinitely variable speed regulation, young and old alike can get started.

A special experience: the single-seater chairlift

The valley station of the legendary "Einser chairlift" is located above the Alpfox Adventure Park near the top of the Präbichl pass. For almost 70 years, the "Einser" shortened the way to the Polster summit, 1,910 metres above sea level, for mountain enthusiasts and nature lovers. Operations were discontinued in April 2016, but the chairlift resumed in January 2023 after extensive renovations.

Since then, the single-seater chairlift has been travelling at a comfortable speed of 2 m/second, climbing almost 600 metres in altitude to the mountain station. Once at the top, there are not only breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains but also numerous hiking options. The Polster summit is close by and the Grießmauer, Leobner Mauer and the Hochturm are other rewarding hiking destinations.

For groups of 20 people or more, the single chairlift can also be used outside of regular opening hours by prior arrangement. The hotel team will be happy to take care of the organisation and registration of your group!

The ride on the "Einser" is also ideal as an alternative programme for those fellow travellers who are not enthusiastic about high ropes courses or downhill biking. The close proximity of the adventure park and the valley station of the chairlift makes it easy to split up the group. A visit to "Abenteuer Erzberg" is also suitable as an alternative programme.
