Driving for a good cause at the “Iron Road for Children Festival”

Another favorite in the Austrian event scene is the Iron Road for Children Festival, or IRFC for short. As the country's largest festival weekend for bikes, Vespas and US cars, it attracts around 40,000 visitors every year. After the cancellation in 2024, the date for the next edition has already been set! From 20-22 June 2025, Leoben will once again become a charity mecca.

The focus of the event is the good cause. Thanks to numerous sponsors, admission is free for the entire weekend. Instead, donations are collected for sick children. The efforts of the organizing team to offer visitors a good time and show are rewarded with donations in the six-figure range. Among other things, the donations are used to finance therapy costs, renovation measures and special purchases for children in need.

The highlights of the event are the joint rides and the music program on the main stage. During the rides with Vespas, motorcycles and US cars, thousands of spectators line the streets around Leoben. An unforgettable experience for all riders. In the evening, everyone gathers again in front of the main stage to party with the respective show acts.
